Congratulations to our Founder and Co-ordinator Gill Robinson who was awarded an M.B.E. in the Queen's Birthday Honours List - 14 June 2008 "For services to Healthcare and to the community in Buckinghamshire."
Milton Keynes Volunteers Fair 3 June 2008
We'll be running a stand at the MK Volunteers Fair at the centre:mk in Middleton Hall on Tuesday 3rd June 2008. The purpose is both to publicise our Group and its services, and also to see if we can recruit any volunteers to help us to run the Group sessions.
We won't be putting on an exercise demonstration like last year as it's difficult to get enough members together midweek, but below are a couple of photos from last year's Fair of us demonstrating the sort of aerobics we do during our exercise sessions.
