There are also many other Heart Support Groups around the country. Some are small and provide monthly meetings for social support. Others provide social outings, newsletters and walking groups. Finally there are quite large organisations like MK Community Cardiac Group which offer regular exercise sessions on top of all the other activities.

Heart to Herts is a Heart Support Group based in Hemel Hempstead. They meet monthly to provide mutual support and information through meetings, social events and regular talks.
