Heart Support Groups
There are also many other Heart Support Groups around the country. Some are small and provide monthly meetings for social support. Others provide social outings, newsletters and walking groups. Finally there are quite large organisations like MK Community Cardiac Group which offer regular exercise sessions on top of all the other activities.

Heart to Herts
Heart to Herts (website down at the moment) is a Heart Support Group based in Hemel Hempstead. They meet monthly to provide mutual support and information through meetings, social events and regular talks.
The Isle of Wight Heart Care Club
The Isle of Wight Heart Care Club is a Heart Support Group on the Isle of Wight offering a structured exercise programme and a range of social activities.
Links in Milton Keynes
Our Members are associated with a wide range of Health Centres and Surgeries throughout Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. We're working on developing a good relationship with these surgeries and spreading the word about what we can offer here at Milton Keynes Community Cardiac Group.
